Possible Causes

Loose ribbon cable between display and main PCB, Failed LCD/OLED display module, HMI firmware mismatch, Damaged HMI driver on PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Isolate power before removing the front panel.

  • Step 1 – Power cycle: Turn off the charger for 2 minutes, then restore power. Observe if the display initializes.
  • Step 2 – Reseat display cable: With power OFF, remove the front cover and carefully reseat the ribbon or connector between the display and the main PCB.
  • Step 3 – Inspect for damage: Check the display board for cracks, moisture, or burnt components.
  • Step 4 – Replace display module: If connections are good but the display remains faulty, replace the Jaguar HMI/display module.
  • Step 5 – PCB driver check: If a new display does not resolve the issue, the HMI driver on the main PCB may be defective and require PCB replacement.
