• Inspect RFID connections (power OFF): Open the unit and ensure the RFID reader module and its cable are firmly connected.
• Check for interference: Avoid placing large metal objects or other RFID devices directly in front of the reader area.
• Module replacement: If intermittent behavior continues, replace the RFID reader module.
