Possible Causes

Tripped or off circuit breaker, Loose or disconnected supply wiring at JuiceBox input, Failed internal fuse on main control board, Open AC–DC power supply on board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Treat the circuit as live until proven otherwise. Turn off the breaker before opening the unit.

  • Check breaker and upstream GFCI: Verify the dedicated breaker feeding the JuiceBox is ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary. If on a GFCI breaker, reset it as well.
  • Test the outlet (plug-in models): Plug another high-draw device (e.g., space heater) into the same outlet to confirm power is present.
  • Inspect input wiring (hardwired models): With power OFF, open the JuiceBox and confirm that line, line/neutral, and ground conductors are securely attached to the input terminal block. Tighten any loose screws.
  • Internal fuse check: Many JuiceBox units include an internal fuse on the main control board. With power OFF, visually inspect and test the fuse with a multimeter. Replace with the exact same type and rating if blown, and investigate why it blew (surge, short, etc.).
  • Board failure: If supply voltage is present at the input terminals but the unit remains dead, the main control board power supply section is likely failed and the board must be replaced.
