Possible Causes
Failed LEDs on front panel board, Loose LED harness connection, Low-voltage supply instability, Firmware display bug
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the front panel.
- Check app status: Use the JuiceBox app to confirm the actual charger status. If the app shows correct status, the issue is likely limited to the LEDs.
- Inspect LED connections (power OFF): Open the unit and verify that the LED harness or front panel connector is firmly seated on the main board.
- Look for damage: Check the front panel PCB for cracks or moisture damage. Replace the front panel / LED board if damaged.
- Power supply check: If other symptoms (reboots, Wi-Fi drops) accompany LED issues, suspect the main control board power supply.
