Possible Causes

Corrupted firmware on Lectron main board, Failed internal relay or sensor, Loose internal harness connection

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the breaker before opening the unit.

  • 1. Full power reset: Turn OFF the breaker for at least 10 minutes to allow all internal capacitors to discharge. Turn the breaker back ON and observe whether E10 reappears.
  • 2. Inspect internal harnesses: With power OFF and cover removed, gently reseat all plug-in connectors between the main control board, display board, and any daughter boards. Look for partially inserted connectors or bent pins.
  • 3. Check for moisture: Look for condensation or water marks inside the enclosure. Dry any moisture thoroughly and improve weather sealing if needed.

Resolution: If E10 persists after reseating connectors and drying, the main control board likely has a firmware or hardware failure. Contact Lectron support for board replacement or unit exchange; field firmware re-flashing is typically not supported for end users.
