Lectron charger shows E11 and does not charge; may indicate a stuck or failed internal relay separate from the main contactor.

This repair may involve working with high voltage components or water connections. Always unplug the appliance before removing any panels.
If you are not confident in your ability to perform this repair safely, we strongly recommend contacting a professional technician.
Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the breaker and do not attempt to bypass any internal relays.
- 1. Power-cycle and retest: Turn OFF the breaker for 5 minutes, then ON. Plug in the vehicle and see if E11 recurs.
- 2. Internal inspection: With power OFF and cover removed, visually inspect the main control board for small relays (often clear or black plastic cubes). Look for discoloration, cracking, or melted plastic.
- 3. Listen for relay clicks: With the cover loosely in place and power ON, start a charge session and listen for multiple relay clicks. Absence of expected clicks or continuous buzzing suggests a relay fault.
Resolution: Individual relay replacement on the PCB is not recommended in the field. Replace the entire Lectron main control board or EVSE assembly through an authorized service provider.
