Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the breaker before removing the front cover or display panel.
- 1. Power reset: Turn OFF the breaker for 5 minutes, then ON. Observe whether the display initializes correctly.
- 2. Reseat display cable: With power OFF, remove the front cover and locate the ribbon or harness connecting the display board to the main control board. Carefully unplug and replug the connector, ensuring it is fully seated and not pinched.
- 3. Inspect display board: Look for cracked solder joints at the connector, moisture damage, or burnt components on the display PCB.
Resolution: If reseating the cable does not restore operation, replace the Lectron display board assembly. If the issue persists with a new display, the main control board may also need replacement.
