Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the breaker before removing covers. Network faults are usually low-voltage but still inside a high-voltage device.
- 1. Reboot and app check: Turn OFF the breaker for 2–3 minutes, then ON. Update the Lectron app and check for any firmware update prompts. Ensure your phone is within range and Wi-Fi is stable.
- 2. Inspect communication module: With power OFF, open the unit and locate the small communication daughterboard (often with an antenna). Reseat its connector to the main board.
- 3. Antenna and cable check: Ensure any external antenna cable is firmly connected and not pinched.
Resolution: If E16 persists and the charger will not operate even in standalone mode, the communication module or main board may need replacement. Contact Lectron support for the correct replacement module.
