Possible Causes
Unstable grid frequency, Faulty frequency detection circuit on main board, Inverter-based supply causing distorted waveform
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the breaker before internal inspection.
- 1. Confirm supply source: Ensure the Lectron charger is connected to a standard utility supply, not a non-sinusoidal inverter or generator unless specifically approved.
- 2. Power reset: Turn OFF the breaker for several minutes, then ON, and test again.
Resolution: If E20 persists on a normal grid supply, the frequency detection circuit on the main control board may be defective. Board replacement is recommended.
