Lectron charger’s Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection is unstable or cannot be established, but the unit charges normally.

Safety first: Wireless issues are low-voltage, but the charger still contains high-voltage circuits. Turn OFF the breaker before opening the housing.

• 1. Check signal strength: Use your phone near the Lectron charger to verify Wi-Fi signal quality. Improve router placement or add a Wi-Fi extender if signal is weak.
• 2. Reboot network and charger: Power-cycle your router and the Lectron charger. Then reattempt pairing via the Lectron app.
• 3. Inspect antenna and module: With power OFF, open the unit and ensure the communication module and any antenna leads are firmly connected and not pinched.

Resolution: If wireless remains unstable with strong signal and correct setup, replace the Lectron Wi-Fi/Bluetooth communication module per manufacturer instructions.
