Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the breaker before opening the charger.
Steps:
- Check for moisture: Inspect the Lucid charger housing for signs of water ingress that could short low-voltage circuits.
- Reseat connectors: With cover removed and power OFF, reseat the ribbon cable or harness between the main control board and the front display/interface PCB.
- Disconnect accessories: If any optional Lucid accessories (Wi‑Fi module, load management module) are connected, temporarily disconnect them and test again.
Resolution: If E09 persists, the internal low-voltage supply on the control board is likely defective. Replace the Lucid control board assembly. Do not attempt to bypass fuses or inject external power.
