  • Reseat ribbon cable: Carefully disconnect and reconnect the flat ribbon cable between the Lucid control board and the front interface PCB. Ensure it is fully inserted and latched.
  • Inspect for damage: Look for cracks in the front panel PCB or signs of moisture behind the display window.
  • Power-cycle: Restore power and observe if the display initializes normally.

Resolution: If E15 persists, replace the Lucid front interface PCB. If still unresolved, the control board’s interface driver may be faulty and require replacement.
