How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Load management involves service conductors; only qualified electricians should adjust CTs or service wiring.
Steps:
- Check configuration: In the Lucid app or installer menu, verify load management is configured correctly for your service size.
- Inspect communication cable: Ensure the low-voltage cable between the Lucid charger and any external Lucid load controller is intact and firmly connected.
- CT orientation: Have an electrician verify that Lucid current transformers are installed on the correct conductors and oriented as per arrows.
Resolution: Correct CT installation or replace the Lucid load management module if defective. After corrections, clear E16 by power-cycling and re-running any commissioning wizard.
