Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the breaker immediately. Do not operate a charger with water inside.
Steps:
- External inspection: Look for cracks in the Lucid housing, missing screws, or open knockouts.
- Drying: Remove the front cover (with power OFF) and gently dry visible moisture with absorbent cloths. Allow the unit to air dry for at least 24 hours in a dry environment.
- Check gaskets: Inspect the perimeter gasket and any cable/conduit grommets for damage or misalignment.
Resolution: Replace damaged Lucid enclosure gaskets or grommets and reseal conduit entries with appropriate fittings. If corrosion or damage to the control or power board is visible, those assemblies must be replaced.
