Possible Causes
Engaged emergency stop button, Faulty E-stop switch contacts, Broken wiring in E-stop loop, Bypassed or miswired safety circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Confirm that no real emergency condition exists before resetting.
- Reset E-stop: If the charger has an external or integrated emergency stop button, twist or pull to reset it according to the marking.
- Check E-stop contacts: With power OFF, test continuity across the E-stop contacts. Replace the switch if it does not open/close reliably.
- Inspect wiring: Trace the E-stop loop wiring from the button to the main PCB. Repair any broken or loose conductors.
Never bypass the emergency stop circuit; if it cannot be restored to proper operation, contact a qualified technician.
