Safety first: De-energize before opening the unit.
- Check network: Ensure the charger has a working Ethernet/Wi-Fi connection to the configured NTP server. Test with another device on the same network.
- Update time settings: Use the Mennekes configuration interface to set the correct time manually or adjust NTP server settings.
- RTC battery: If the time resets after every power cycle, the RTC backup battery on the main PCB may be depleted. Replace the battery or the PCB according to Mennekes guidelines.
