How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: Connectivity issues do not usually affect basic charging.
- Improve Wi-Fi coverage: Move the router closer, adjust antennas, or install a Wi-Fi extender near the wallbox.
- Use 2.4 GHz band: Ensure the wallbox is connected to a 2.4 GHz network if it does not support 5 GHz.
- Assign static IP: Configure a DHCP reservation or static IP for the wallbox to reduce connection drops.
- Firmware update: Update both router and wallbox firmware to the latest versions.
