Wallbox makes a buzzing or humming noise during operation, louder than usual.

Safety first: Noise alone is not usually dangerous, but always isolate power before tightening internal components.

• Identify source: With the cover removed and power ON (technician only), carefully listen to locate the buzzing component (usually the main contactor or transformer).
• Tighten mounting: With power OFF, tighten the mounting screws of the noisy component and any adjacent brackets.
• Check for panel vibration: Ensure the housing panels are secure and not vibrating against each other.
• Replace noisy contactor: If the contactor itself is buzzing excessively, it may be worn and should be replaced to prevent future failure.
