Wallbox RFID reader area is scratched or cloudy, making it hard for cards to be recognized.

Note: Cosmetic damage can affect RFID performance if severe.

• Clean surface: Gently clean the RFID area with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners.
• Test multiple cards: Check if recognition improves when cards are held flat and close to the reader.
• Replace front panel or reader window: If the plastic is heavily scratched or opaque, replace the front panel or reader window module as specified by Mercedes-Benz.
