Possible Causes
Faulty external current sensor (CT clamp) on main supply, Incorrect configuration of load management in Mini charger app, Loose connection of CT sensor to charger control board, Defective load management module on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: Applies to Mini chargers with dynamic load management feature.
- Check configuration: In the Mini charger app or web interface, verify that dynamic load management is configured correctly (main fuse size, phase allocation). Correct any obvious misconfigurations.
- Inspect CT clamp (electrician): Locate the Mini current transformer (CT) clamp on the main supply cable. Ensure it is fully closed around the correct conductor and oriented as per the arrow marking.
- Check CT cable: Follow the CT cable back to the charger. Ensure it is not damaged or pinched and that its connector is firmly seated on the control board.
- Test without load management (if allowed): Temporarily disable dynamic load management in the settings (if the installation allows) and see if E10 disappears. If so, the CT or load management module is likely faulty.
Persistent E10 usually requires replacement of the CT sensor or the load management section of the main PCB by a qualified technician.
