Possible Causes

Emergency stop button pressed (if equipped), Faulty E‑stop switch contacts, Broken wiring between E‑stop and main PCB, Misaligned E‑stop actuator after front cover removal

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Note: Some Mini chargers include an external emergency stop button.

  • Check E‑stop button: If your charger has a red emergency stop, twist or pull it (per marking) to reset. The button should pop out to the normal position.
  • Inspect for damage: Ensure the E‑stop is not physically damaged or jammed.
  • Internal wiring check (technician): With power OFF and cover removed, verify that the E‑stop switch wiring harness is intact and firmly connected to the main PCB.
  • Bypass test (technician only): Temporarily bridge the E‑stop input at the PCB to confirm if the switch is faulty. If charging works with the bridge, replace the E‑stop switch assembly.

Never leave the E‑stop circuit bypassed in normal operation.
