Possible Causes
Corrupted configuration data, Failing EEPROM or flash memory, Excessive write cycles to memory, Firmware bug in data handling
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: This can affect settings, logs, and calibration.
- Backup settings: If possible, export or note down current configuration (current limit, network, RFID list).
- Factory reset: Perform a factory reset via the Mini charger interface or app. Then reconfigure the charger from scratch.
- Firmware update: Install the latest firmware to correct any memory handling issues.
- Board replacement: If E19 persists after reset and update, the memory device on the main PCB is likely failing and the board should be replaced.
After repair, re-enter all configuration parameters carefully.
