Possible Causes
Faulty state detection firmware, Incorrect reading of CP voltage levels, Internal reference voltage error on PCB, Damaged CP sensing resistor network
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: This is an internal logic fault; user actions are limited.
- Power cycle: Turn off the charger at the breaker for 2 minutes, then restore power.
- Test with another vehicle: If possible, connect a different EV to rule out a vehicle-side issue.
- Firmware update: Update the charger firmware to the latest version.
- Technician diagnostics: A technician should measure CP voltages in different states and compare to Mini specifications. If readings are incorrect, replace the main PCB.
Do not attempt to alter internal reference circuits.
