Possible Causes
Tripped or faulty supply breaker, Loose line/neutral at input terminal block, Blown internal fuse on Mini charger power board, Failed auxiliary power supply on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Danger: Mains voltage is lethal. Only qualified persons should open the unit.
- Check breaker: Locate the dedicated breaker for the Mini charger in your distribution board. Reset it once if tripped. If it trips again immediately, stop and call an electrician.
- Verify outlet/supply (if plug-in model): Test the outlet with another high-power device to confirm power is present.
- Internal fuse (technician): With power OFF and cover removed, locate any internal fuses on the power input or auxiliary supply board. Test and replace with identical type and rating if blown. Investigate cause of failure before re-energizing.
- Auxiliary supply check: A technician should measure low-voltage outputs (e.g., 5 V, 12 V) from the auxiliary power supply section. If absent, the power supply or main PCB must be replaced.
Do not bypass fuses or operate the charger with suspected internal damage.
