Possible Causes

Charging disabled in Mini charger settings, RFID authorization required but not presented, Schedule active that prevents immediate charging, Emergency stop circuit open

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Note: This is often a configuration or access issue.

  • Check LEDs or display status: Many Mini chargers indicate ‘Ready’, ‘Locked’, or ‘Disabled’ via LED color or icons. Refer to the user manual for meanings.
  • Review app settings: Open the Mini charger app and verify that charging is enabled, no active schedule is blocking current time, and that maximum current is not set to 0 A.
  • RFID / access control: If RFID is enabled, present an authorized card or use the app to start a session. Try another authorized card if available.
  • Emergency stop: Ensure any E‑stop button is reset (twist/pull) and that the charger front cover is properly closed so any cover interlock switch is engaged.

If the charger still refuses to start with no code, a technician should check the control logic and inputs on the main PCB.
