Possible Causes
Weak Wi‑Fi signal at charger location, Interference from other devices, Incorrect Wi‑Fi credentials, Faulty Wi‑Fi antenna or module in charger
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: This affects smart features, not basic charging.
- Check signal strength: Use a smartphone at the charger location to check Wi‑Fi signal. If weak, move the router closer or add a Wi‑Fi extender.
- Verify credentials: Re-enter the Wi‑Fi SSID and password in the Mini app, ensuring correct capitalization.
- Change Wi‑Fi channel: On your router, select a less congested channel (e.g., 1, 6, or 11 on 2.4 GHz).
- Inspect antenna (technician): With power OFF, open the charger and ensure the Wi‑Fi antenna cable is securely connected to the communication module and not pinched.
If connectivity remains poor despite strong signal, the Wi‑Fi module may need replacement.
