Communication Fault with Hub / Linked Devices
Zappi displays E019, charging disabled, often when linked with myenergi hub or other myenergi devices

Possible Causes
Lost RF link to myenergi hub, Incorrect device pairing, RF interference, Faulty RF module on Zappi PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Communication faults do not usually affect electrical safety but may affect smart features.
- 1. Check hub status: Ensure the myenergi hub is powered, connected to the network, and showing normal status LEDs.
- 2. Verify pairing: In the Zappi menu, check that the hub and any linked devices (eddi, harvi, etc.) are correctly paired and visible.
- 3. Reduce interference: Move the hub closer to the Zappi or away from large metal objects and other RF sources (Wi‑Fi routers, microwaves).
- 4. Re-pair devices: Remove and re-add the Zappi in the hub/app, following myenergi’s pairing procedure.
- 5. Firmware update: Update firmware on both Zappi and hub to the latest versions.
- 6. If RF module is faulty: Persistent E019 with good signal and correct pairing may indicate a failed RF module on the Zappi PCB, requiring board replacement.
