Zappi fails to connect to myenergi hub or app, but charging works locally

Safety first: This does not affect basic charging safety but limits smart features.

• 1. Check hub status: Ensure the myenergi hub is online, with correct internet connection and firmware.
• 2. Move devices closer: Reduce distance and obstacles between Zappi and hub to improve RF signal.
• 3. Re-pair devices: Follow myenergi’s pairing procedure to re-link the Zappi to the hub.
• 4. Update firmware: Ensure both hub and Zappi are running compatible, up-to-date firmware versions.
• 5. RF interference: Move other 868/915 MHz devices or strong RF sources away from the hub/Zappi if possible.
• 6. Hardware fault: If all else fails, the RF module in either the hub or Zappi may be defective and require replacement.
