• 1. Check CEE outlet:
  • Visually inspect the three-phase CEE socket for damage or discoloration.
  • Ensure the plug is fully inserted and locked.
• 2. Test phases:
  • Have an electrician measure voltage between all phase combinations and to neutral (if present).
  • Replace any blown fuses or correct wiring faults.
• 3. Inspect NRGkick adapter:
  • Check the three-phase adapter for bent or recessed pins.
  • Replace the adapter if any phase pin is damaged or loose.
• 4. Try single-phase mode (if supported):
  • Use a single-phase adapter and see if the charger operates normally.
  • If E07 only appears on three-phase, the issue is likely with the three-phase supply or detection circuit.
• 5. Persistent E07 with verified-good supply:
  • The internal phase detection circuitry or relay board may be faulty.
