• 1. Power-cycle:
  • Unplug from mains and vehicle, wait 5 minutes, then reconnect.
  • Listen for the relay click when starting a charge; absence of a click may indicate a stuck or failed relay.
• 2. Check for overheating signs:
  • Inspect the plug and cable for burn marks or melted plastic that might indicate past overload.
• 3. Try lower current:
  • Set a lower current limit in the app and attempt to start charging.
  • If E10 persists, the relay is likely mechanically or electrically damaged.
• 4. Professional service:
  • Internal relay/contactors must be replaced with identical, EVSE-rated components.
  • Contact NRGkick or an authorized service center for relay board replacement.
