• 1. Check signal strength: Stand near the charger with your phone and check Wi‑Fi strength. If your phone struggles, the charger likely does too.
• 2. Move or upgrade router: Relocate the router closer to the charger, or install a Wi‑Fi extender or mesh node near the charger location.
• 3. Use 2.4 GHz band: Ensure the charger is connected to a 2.4 GHz network, which usually has better range through walls than 5 GHz.
• 4. Router settings: Disable overly aggressive client isolation or firewall rules that might block the charger's traffic.
• 5. If issues persist: The internal Wi‑Fi module or antenna may be faulty and should be checked or replaced by a technician.
