How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: If the app works, you can still operate the charger while arranging repair.
- 1. Test app control: Confirm you can start/stop charging and view status in the Ohme app.
- 2. Power reset: Turn off the charger at the isolator for 1 minute, then back on. Watch for any brief text or logo during startup.
- 3. Check for physical damage: Look for cracks or impact marks on the display area that might indicate a broken LCD.
- 4. Technician repair: A technician can open the unit, reseat or replace the display ribbon, and replace the display module if necessary.
