How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Note: You may still be able to control the charger via the app.
- 1. Test via app: Confirm that you can start and stop charging from the Ohme app. If so, the issue is likely limited to the local interface.
- 2. Clean area: Wipe the button or RFID area with a dry cloth to remove dirt or moisture.
- 3. Check settings: In the app, ensure that local start/stop or RFID control is enabled if there is an option.
- 4. Technician repair: A technician can test the button or RFID reader, check wiring to the HMI board, and replace the front panel or HMI module if required.
