Ohme charger’s Type 2 socket cover or flap is broken or will not close properly (socketed models).

Safety: An open or broken cover increases risk of water ingress and contamination.

• 1. Remove obstructions: Check for debris or ice around the socket and gently clear it.
• 2. Temporary protection: If the cover cannot close, avoid using the charger in wet conditions. Use a temporary weather shield (without sealing vents) until repaired.
• 3. Replacement: A technician can replace the socket cover assembly or the entire socket module if the hinge or latch is broken.
