• Level the unit: Ensure the Polestar charger is mounted level and flat against the wall. Use spacers if the wall is uneven.
• Inspect internal clearances: Open the enclosure and confirm that cables and components are not pressing against the cover. Re‑route harnesses if necessary.
• Relieve cable strain: Ensure the charge cable is supported and not pulling downward excessively on the housing.
