How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Check panel devices: Observe whether the upstream breaker or RCD is warm or tripping. Replace any suspect protective devices via an electrician.
- Inspect internal connections: Inside the Polestar charger, gently reseat all plug‑in connectors on the main control board and power module. Tighten any screw terminals.
- Monitor temperature: Note if interruptions occur during hot periods or at high current. If so, reduce the maximum current setting slightly and improve ventilation.
- Vehicle test: Try another EV to see if the issue follows the charger or the vehicle.
