Possible Causes
Incorrect time or time zone, Overlapping or disabled schedules, Loss of network time sync, RTC drift on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No internal access is usually required.
- Verify time: In the Polestar app or on the display, confirm that the current time and time zone are correct.
- Review schedules: Check that the schedule is enabled, not expired, and does not conflict with other schedules.
- Test simple schedule: Create a new test schedule a few minutes in the future to confirm operation.
- Network sync: Ensure the charger has internet access for time synchronization. If time drifts after power loss, the RTC on the main board may need service.
