Porsche EV home charger front panel buttons (if equipped) do not respond when pressed.

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the front panel.

• Check for debris: Inspect around the buttons for dirt or sticky residue; clean gently with a slightly damp cloth (power off) and dry thoroughly.
• Use app or web interface: If available, configure the wallbox via the Porsche app or web interface as a workaround.
• Technician inspection: A technician should open the front panel, inspect and reseat the keypad ribbon cable, and check for signs of corrosion.
• Replace front panel: If the keypad is physically worn or the PCB is damaged, replace the entire front panel assembly.
