Safety first: Ensure the vehicle is in Park and correctly connected before troubleshooting.

• Check schedules: In the Rolec app, verify that no delayed start or off‑peak schedule is active that would block immediate charging.
• Override smart control: Temporarily disable smart charging, load management, or tariff‑based control to test basic operation.
• Test manual start: If the unit has a physical start/stop button, press it firmly and observe LED changes. If unresponsive, the button or touch panel may be faulty.
• Verify minimum current: In installer settings, ensure the minimum current is not set higher than the vehicle can accept; reset to default if unsure.
• If still no start: The control PCB may not be issuing the contactor drive signal. Further diagnosis by a technician is required and may lead to PCB replacement.
