• Check app status: Use the Rolec app to confirm that the charger is operating and to view status in lieu of the display.
• Inspect connections (power off): Remove the cover and locate the cable between the main PCB and the display/LED board. Reseat both ends.
• Check low‑voltage supply: Using a multimeter, verify that the display board is receiving the correct low‑voltage supply from the main PCB.
• Firmware reset/update: Perform a soft reset or firmware update if available, as some display issues are software‑related.
• Replace display board: If power is present but the display remains blank, replace the front LED/display board.
