• Factory reset (if supported): Use the Rolec app or installer interface to perform a factory reset. Note that this will erase custom settings; record them beforehand if possible.
• Reapply firmware: If Rolec provides a firmware update tool, reload the latest approved firmware following their instructions. Ensure power is stable during the update.
