Check ambient temperature: Ensure the charger is not exposed to direct sun or high ambient temperatures beyond its rating.
Inspect ventilation and dust: Clean vents and internal components to improve cooling.
Surge protection: Have an electrician verify that appropriate surge protection is installed on the supply to the EVlink charger.
Firmware update: Consult Schneider Electric for firmware updates that may address stability issues.
Power supply/control board replacement: If resets continue, a technician should test the auxiliary power rails and replace the power supply module or control board as needed.
