Possible Causes
Failed Schneider EVlink metering board, Loose CT (current transformer) connections, Corrupted meter calibration data, Communication failure between meter and main board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before opening the charger.
- Check display/app: Confirm whether any energy data is shown. If all readings are zero or dashes, the meter may not be communicating.
- Inspect meter connections: With power OFF, locate the internal energy meter or CTs. Ensure all plug-in connectors are fully seated and that CTs are clamped correctly around the conductors in the correct orientation.
- Look for damage: Check the meter PCB for burn marks or corrosion.
- Reset charger: Restore power and see if E14 clears after a full reboot.
- Professional calibration/replacement: If the fault persists, a Schneider Electric–qualified technician should replace the metering module or main board and perform any required calibration or configuration.
