Possible Causes
Worn-out EEPROM/flash cells, Memory IC failure on control board, Power interruptions during configuration writes, Firmware bug affecting NVM
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before opening the charger.
- Re-enter configuration: Using the EVlink interface, reconfigure the charger parameters and save them. Power cycle and check if settings persist.
- Avoid rapid power cycling: Minimize frequent on/off switching, which can stress memory writes.
- Firmware update: Check with Schneider Electric if a firmware update is available that addresses known NVM issues.
- Control board replacement: If E19 continues and settings do not persist, the control board's memory is likely defective and must be replaced by a Schneider Electric–qualified technician.
