• Inspect hinges and latch: Check for broken plastic parts, bent metal, or debris around the latch area.
• Realign cover: Loosen mounting screws slightly, adjust the cover position, and retighten to achieve proper alignment.
• Remove obstructions: Ensure no cables or wires are trapped between the cover and base.
• Replace damaged parts: If the cover or latch is cracked or cannot secure properly, replace the Schneider EVlink cover assembly.
