  • Clean panel: Wipe the front panel with a dry, soft cloth to remove dirt or residue. Do not use harsh chemicals.
  • Power cycle: Turn the breaker OFF for 2 minutes, then ON to reset the interface.
  • Check via app (if available): If you can control the charger via the app but not the panel, the front panel assembly is likely at fault.
  • Inspect ribbon cable (qualified only): With power OFF, open the unit and reseat the ribbon cable between the front panel and control board.
