  • Step 1 – Verify time and time zone: In the Shell Recharge app, confirm that the charger’s time zone and current time are correct.
  • Step 2 – Simplify schedules: Delete all existing schedules and create a single, simple schedule to test.
  • Step 3 – Check vehicle schedules: Ensure the EV itself does not have conflicting charging schedules set.
  • Step 4 – Test immediate charging: Disable schedules and confirm that immediate charging works normally.
  • Step 5 – Firmware update: Apply any available firmware updates that may address scheduling issues.
