  • Step 2 – Reboot: Power cycle the charger to force a new time synchronization attempt.
  • Step 3 – Check router time: Make sure your router or local NTP source has the correct time.
  • Step 4 – Disable schedules temporarily: Turn off scheduled charging in the app and test immediate charging.
  • Step 5 – If E20 persists with good connectivity: The internal RTC or its backup battery on the control PCB may be failing and require board replacement.
