• Check supply source: If using a generator or off-grid inverter, verify that it is rated for EV charging and can maintain stable frequency under load.
• Measure frequency: Use a true-RMS multimeter with frequency measurement to confirm that the supply is within the Siemens-specified range (typically 50/60 Hz ±1 Hz).
• Reduce nearby loads: Large inductive loads (e.g., compressors, welders) on the same circuit can cause disturbances. Temporarily disconnect them and test charging again.
• Grid connection: If the issue only occurs during certain times, consult the utility or an electrician to check for grid instability.

If the supply is stable but E007 continues, the internal frequency sensing circuit on the main control board may be defective and should be evaluated by Siemens service.
