Safety: Turn off the breaker before opening any covers. Only a qualified person should remove the Wall Connector front cover.

• Verify breaker rating: Check the breaker feeding the Wall Connector. Compare its rating to the configured maximum current in the Wall Connector (set via commissioning or DIP switches, depending on generation). The continuous charging current must not exceed 80% of breaker rating.
• Inspect wiring terminations: With power off and cover removed, check that all line (L1, L2) and ground conductors are fully inserted and tightened on the Wall Connector terminal block. Look for discoloration or melted insulation indicating overheating.
• Check for overheating: If the internal contactor or wiring shows signs of heat damage, the unit should be replaced. Do not attempt to repair the contactor or board components.
• Recommission if needed: For Gen 3 Wall Connectors, use the built‑in Wi‑Fi commissioning interface to confirm the correct circuit breaker size is selected so the charger limits current appropriately.
• If the error repeats: The internal current sensor or control board may be faulty. Replacement of the Wall Connector is typically required.
